Covid 19 Update

Updated 1st August, 2020

“We’re Good to Go” is the new official UK industry standard mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow the Government and Industry COVID-19 guidelines.

It reassures you that we have carried out risk assessments and staff training and have a process in place to maintain cleanliness and that we understand the social distancing rules, so that you are able to enjoy a problem free tour with us.

We have been awarded the “We’re Good To Go” mark. This is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism business has worked hard to implement procedures in line with Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

COVID-19: Additional T&C’s following outbreak (1st August 2020)

We have introduced enhanced tour conditions for you and our driver-guide

There is a risk of exposure to COVID-19 existing in any public place where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.

We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment, including washable/re-uasable facemasks, antivirul sprays, sanitisers and disinfection/bacterial wipes that you require for your travel and tour.

Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practices throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage or requests from your driver-guide, during your tour with us.

We encourage passengers to cancel their tour arrangements if they or anyone in their household have any of the following symptoms, a high temperature, a new continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.

If after the tour, you begin to feel unwell within 14 days, we request that you inform us as we can then implement our track and trace procedure.  We will hold your contact details for 21-days, as per Government guidelines, to assist with track and trace.

Before the commencement of any tour, we ask you to sign our Fit To Travel Declaration.

Help to keep Wales safe:

  • wash your hands regularly
  • Wear disposable gloves
  • Always observe social distancing
  • The wearing of face covering on a private tour will be reviewed on a case by case basis, following social distancing guidelines, family bubbles travelling and driver safety.
