When you book your tour dates with us, we can save you lots of time and anxiety in having to search out suitable tour accommodation and we can also assist with accommodation reservations.

Restaurant Reservations and Transportation

Our ‘Tour Concierge’ services also features a choice of quality local restaurants throughout Wales.  We’ve spent time sourcing some of the best places to dine and our ‘tour concierge’ service includes pre-booked reservations at some of the best places to dine out at.

For those places that are not within walking distance, we can even assist with transportation if needed to get you to and from your dinner venue.

Our ‘Tour Concierge’ services extend further to enhancing your overall tour experience in Wales. You can choose elements from our featured tours and build in a day to suit what you want to do and see, setting your own start and end times. Welsh Sheep Dog Experience

Enjoy a private experience with a shepherd and his sheep dogs.

You’ll get to enjoy a beautiful country setting amongst rolling hills, where the shepherd gives a demonstration of herding sheep.

You not only get up close to the dogs and the sheep, but you’ll also be given control with commands that you can give the dogs and bring the sheep right to your feet!

Welsh Male Voice Choir

It’s a unique sound that is synonymous with Welsh culture and life – heard everywhere from schools and chapels where they rehearse to full blown concerts both indoors and outdoors.

It’s an evocative and emotional experience and depending on your tour dates, we will look for suitable concerts or best of all, we’ll take you to a rehearsal, where you get right up close and amongst the choir members

A Journey to the top of Wales

An experience above everything else – a train journey to the top of our highest mountain – Mount Snowdon.  Trains have been running to the summit (1085 metres above sea level).
 
These ancient Snowdonian mountains, thrust upwards by volcanic forces 450 million years ago, once grew to heights of 10,000 metres. Over eons the wind and rain and successive ice ages have sculpted them to their current form.

Welsh Language Lesson

Wales boasts one of the oldest spoken languages in the world! Unpronounceable? 

Well take the challenge with an hour’s lesson in learning to speak some basic Welsh words.

Our Welsh language lesson is taken at a school set right on the coast amongst some of the most spectacular landscapes in Wales.

Welsh Afternoon Tea

A quintessential British tradition, originally enjoyed by the elegant ladies of the Victorian era, and what better place to appreciate this indulgent treat than in one of our stylish settings.

We have a couple of beautiful locations – Snowdonia View overlooking water, with mountains as the backdrop or a Victorian Garden veranda location in the Snowdonia National Park.  Prices start from £25 per person.

Welsh Cookery Class

The cookery classes can be tailored to suit you and there’s the opportunity to learn about some of the Welsh specialities, such as Welsh Rarebit, Bara Brith, Welsh Cakes, Cawl or Lobscouse.

We have a number of Cookery Schools throughout Wales, where you can choose to join a class or take a private class on your own.

Welsh Gin, Whisky and Wine Tastings

Enjoy a taste of Wales!   We have one Whiskey Distillery, several Gin Distilleries and who would have thought the Welsh produced wine!

We can organise tastings at the distilleries and the vineyards.  You can even enjoy distilling your own bottle of gin and there are opportunities to stay on Vineyards overnight

Overnight stay on a Welsh Vineyard

Combine a visit with a stay that includes a vineyard tour and wine tasting or Tutored Tasting.

Walking Sheep Experience

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary and completely different, taking a sheep for a walk has to be up there!

With a population of around 13 million sheep in Wales, you can enjoy taking a sheep on a lead during a leisurely walk around a farm estate set amongst a spectacular Welsh landscape and lake.

Birds of Prey Experience

Our Bird of Prey Experience involves walking with a variety of wild birds.  During your private falconry experience you’ll be introduced to your hawk, learn how to handle him, and then take him straight out flying.

Whilst out for a stroll you’ll discover some of the art and history of falconry, as your hawk follows along demonstrating his aerobatic skills. He won’t let you get lost, he’ll be checking in frequently by landing on your gloved hand. 

Take to the Water with a Boat Trip

Taking to the water, you get to see the beautiful coastal landscapes of Wales and we’ve got over 860 miles of stunning coastline with lots of offshore islands. 

A coastal adventure is a great opportunity to get up close to wildlife and we have a choice of fast rib rides to leisurely coastal and island cruises to choose from.
