Welcome to our Northern Football Tours featuring stadium and ground visits to four Premier League greats
Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool and Everton.
These teams are located relatively close in distance with two based in Manchester and two in Liverpool.
Adding on a Football Stadium visit is on most international visitors bucket list and with all four clubs playing in the Premiership,
you now have the opportunity to get right up close, inside the clubs with our ground and stadium visits.
Choose from a one city visits with stadium visits to the homes of Liverpool Football Club and their great city rivals Everton.
Or head over to Manchester for a mecca day of football, by visiting the home of the world famous Manchester United and Old Trafford
followed by a visit to the National Football Museum and to round the day off, we visit the Etihad Stadium, home to Manchester City.
Our Football tours can mix and match a number of ground and stadium visits (Subject to the clubs own operations).
We can custom design a tour that captures the best of football. Tour the dressing rooms, sit where the manager sits on game day, walk the tunnel to the pitch, hold a press conference, get pictured with the trophies and of course there is the clubs souvenir shop for those enviable products that make your journey all that worthwhile. Naturally, the Souvenir Shops at each ground provide you with the opportunity to purchase your colours, shirts, scarfs and much more!
Just across the Welsh border in the corner of North East Wales there has been a stirring of a great football revival, fronted by the famous American actors Rob McElhenny and Canadian-American actor Ryan Reynolds who took over a Welsh team called Wrexham A.F.C. and the fabulous and fanatically followed documentary ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ is now in its third series of production.
Now you may have heard of the lower leagues outside of the English Premiership, this is called the English Football League (EFL) with three divisions with the Championship and the First and Second Divisions.
Below the professional tier we have ‘Non League Amateur Football. We have created a ‘NEW ‘ and unique tour entitled ‘The Story of Football’, where you can get to visit several of the founder member clubs who originally joined the English Football League back in 1888!
If you are a true football fan, then another of our ‘Football Tours’ is or unique ‘Story of Football’ where we capture the grass routes evolvement of the game, which was created and formed back in 1878. Our tour can visit up to five stadiums in one day!
Choose to visit Bolton Wanderers, Preston North End, Accrington Stanley, Darwen and Burnley.
If you wanted to see a live game at an affordable ticket price, then these lower league clubs offer great value. At these stadiums, it is easier to get tickets for game days and many have you right up close to the action. Or how about taking the game in style, with corporate seats, meals and drinks. Its your tour so you choose.
Our football tours are all guided by a true football expert, who knows the history and passion of the game and its evolvement through to the modern day. Your tour leader formally was set on a career playing professional football, but at a young age suffered a serious knee injury. He then went on to coach college football and set up a soccer academy at the University of Manchester, where in honour of his services a trophy was named after him.
So if you want to tour with a tour guide who is a football (Soccer) expert, then you are in the very best of hands with his unique stories.
